Participant Declaration

By registering for the Ioannina Lake Run, I hereby declare that I have recently undergone a medical examination and that I am in suitable physical condition to participate in an endurance race. I acknowledge that participation in an outdoor mass sporting event involves inherent risks and that I participate in the event at my own risk. I fully assume responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur while travelling to and from the event venue or during the race. I hereby waive any and all claims against the organizers, sponsors, and any natural or legal entity directly or indirectly involved in the organization of the event. I declare that I will comply with the terms of participation and with the instructions of the organizers and the competent authorities. I acknowledge that the organizers take reasonable and appropriate measures for the safe conduct of the race, although they cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all risks.

I consent to photography and/or filming and to the use of such material by the organizers and official partners for informational and promotional purposes, without any financial claim.

I declare that the information submitted is accurate and true.

For the participation of a minor, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. The parent or legal guardian accepts this declaration on behalf of the minor.

Completion of registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this declaration.
